No, once you fill out our matching form we can set you up directly with a trainer. Consultations are recommend for anyone who has specific questions, concerns, or needs guidance. During a consultation we can help you choose a breed, recommend tasks that may help you, answer questions about your dog or service dogs in general and much more.
Consultations are designed to answer questions about service dogs, training, choosing a dog, task recommendations, breed recommendations, and more. Lessons are for actually training your dog, your trainer will walk you through the steps of training your dog for tasks, manners, public access, obedience, behavior issues, and more.
Yes, we are dedicated to offering support that is right for you. Some issues and training questions can certainly be addressed in just one session. If you are unsure about how many sessions you may need it is recommend to set up a consultation to discuss your needs.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
